Mass Updating Keystone and PSSA Test Dates
PVAAS
This half-hour training covers setting up your trigger courses for the PVAAS submission. Topics include who will be included, course setup including lead- and co-teacher allocations and subtest identifiers. How PowerSchool calculates the teacher/student relationship and responsibility as well as how to set up additional relationships and exclude students that opt out.
Entry and Exit Codes
This webinar covers managing Entry and Exit codes with Code Sets, PS version 22.5 and higher. Includes best practices for retiring and/or updating old codes, mapping codes and how to add new ones.

Enhanced Health
This training will provide an introductory level view of capturing, managing, and reporting student health-related information, including immunizations, screenings, office visits, grade level entry certifications, health plans, and monitoring. It will also cover enhanced health functions such as: working with medications, health concerns, physicals, PE waivers, contact log, and other student health-related information.
Counselors
This training is designed specifically for school counselors and will provide a broad overview of the specific tasks that counselors perform in PowerSchool, and how to do those tasks more effectively and efficiently. Powerschool Advanced Searching Webinar
This webinar is for those familiar with simple searching in PowerSchool, but want to know how to do more specific detailed searches. The items being covered include, advanced search options in PS 20.x, including PIMS fields, student, staff, enrollment date searches, stored searches and stored selections. In addition , List Student, Quick Export, and Export Using Templates will be reviewed.

Using the DDE and Page and Data Management
Two powerful tools for accessing and exporting PowerSchool data are DDE (Direct Database Export) and Page and Data Management. This training looks at how to query and export data using the DDE. It also covers filtering and exporting data from Page and Data Management.

PowerTeacher is a basic overview for new teachers on how to take attendance, submit logs, and learn basic navigation of PowerTeacher. There is no grade book coverage in this recording.

PowerSchool Course Pre-Requisites
Description: Course prerequisites provides you with the ability to specify academic requirements or authorizations that must be fulfilled prior to a student’s enrollment in a course and enforced at the time of student course request process. These requirements are primarily focused on the student’s attainment of a specific grade or earned credits upon completion of one or many courses, but ma include additional or alternative criteria such as teacher recommendations, average percent grades, and concurrent enrollments in one or many specified sections.
