In conjunction with our 30 years of experience in supporting student information systems, PowerSchool21 staff are certified and trained by PowerSchool. We support all aspects of the PowerSchool Application from hosting the application, enrolling a new student, creating reporting cards, calculating GPA and end of year processing. Our goal in regards to support services is to be a one-stop shop for your PowerSchool needs.
PowerSchool21 does not limit how many staff members can contact us for support. We will also provide custom documentation that has been developed by PowerSchool21 staff that is specific to your educational environment (Charter, School District and/or Private school).

PowerSchool21 performs and manages processes such as grade storing, end of year rollover, removing blank stored grades, calculating honor roll, calculating rank, GPA set up, creating report cards, data migrations, and updating your PowerSchool server with PowerSchool core and state reporting updates.

Unlimited training and workshops
Members of PowerSchool21 receive a variety of trainings and workshops throughout the year at no additional cost. In addition, we do provide custom district requested trainings at low to no cost. For school districts that do not currently have an annual support contract with PowerSchool21 we do offer training and workshop services as well.
PowerSchool21 training, can either be onsite at your district, virtual or at any PowerSchool21 training facility.
Throughout the school year PowerSchool21 provides over 30 critical training and refresher sessions. The sessions include PowerSchool 101, PowerSchool Attendance, Advacned Data Reporting, Schedule Building and Problem Solving, State Reporting, Data Importing and Exporting and much more.

HOSTING and upgrades
Powerschool21 offers unlimited hardware and software upgrades to keep your PowerSchool application running smoothly. PowerSchool21 provides all server maintenance, coordinated state reporting and annual version upgrades. Hardware upgrades are performed at no additional cost along with test server environments. All PowerSchool21 hosting customers servers are hosted in a secure, temperature and power controlled data center with many layers of redundancy.
PowerSchool21 provides 24/7/365 monitoring of your PowerSchool environment to ensure optimal performance and stability. We monitor critical areas within your environment such as hardware performance, PowerSchool and Oracle logs, Microsoft Windows operating system logs, load balancer performance, and environment resources. When alerts are triggered, a PowerSchool21 representative will take immediate action, notify you, and assist with rectifying the issue.

Customizations, plugins and 3rd Party Integration
PowerSchool21 develops custom pages and reports at minimal or no cost. PowerSchool21 partners with PowerSchool to ensure all customization objectives are met with 100% customer satisfaction. We do offer custom development services to school districts that do not have an annual support contract with PowerSchool21, however the rates can vary based on the requirements of the development.
PowerSchool has partnered with many third party companies. These include alert systems, library systems, lunch systems, LMS systems and bus/transportation systems to name a few. PowerSchool21 and PowerSchool staff work collaboratively with the your staff to seamlessly integrate the product into PowerSchool.
implementation and migration consulting
PowerSchool21 staff performs all new installations, implementations and migrations from other SIS software systems and facilitates data integrations with over 100 third party packages.
Implementation services are designed to get new districts up and running with PowerSchool in the shortest time possible while still ensuring that all users (administrators to teachers) have a well-established foundation with the application. In addition, we meet with key decision makers for the district and the schools to ensure that all PowerSchool areas such as Attendance, GPA, Honor Roll, Class Rank, Grades, Standards, and many other areas meet the individual needs of the district and schools.
PowerSchool21 staff will work with your staff to plan the project and scope of work. Together will we determine timelines for receiving critical documents, training dates and identify key staff who should attend trainings.
PowerSchool21 will gather all data required for set up in PowerSchool and complete system, district and school setup along with development of a training schedule to meet your implementation timeline.
