As a member of PowerSchool 21, you are part of one of the largest student information system collaborative purchasing groups in the nation. With over 30 years of experience, PowerSchool 21 supports over 52 school districts and represents over 75,000.

 

Support

Our staff is PowerSchool 21 trained and certified in conjunction with our 30 years of experience in the Pennsylvania Educational system allows us to provide the highest level of PowerSchool support to your district.  We support all aspects of the PowerSchool Application from hosting the application to enrolling a new student.  Our goal in regards to support services is to be a one-stop shop for your PowerSchool needs

Implementation

Implementation services are designed to get new districts up and running with PowerSchool 21 in the shortest time possible while still ensuring that all users (administrators to teachers) have a well-established foundation with the application. In addition, we might meet with the key decision makers for the district and the schools to ensure that all PowerSchool areas such as Attendance, GPA, Honor Roll, Class Rank, Grades, Standards, and many other areas meet the individual needs of the district and schools.

 

State Reporting

School districts that have annual support contracts with PowerSchool 21 receive support with running State Reports, PIMS, and CAD reports from within PowerSchool as well as the data that is housed within PowerSchool21’s database to populate these reports.

Training & Workshops

For school districts that have an annual support contract with PowerSchool 21 we offer a variety of training's and workshops throughout the year at no additional cost. In addition, we do provide district requested trainings at low to no cost. For school districts that do not currently have an annual support contract with PowerSchool21 we do offer training and workshop services at a daily rate plus expenses.

 

State Wide Users Group

PowerSchool 21 hosts a virtual PowerSchool Users Group open to any district that uses PowerSchool as their SIS and is free of charge. The meetings are held on a quarterly basis to allow for users across the State to Share, Collaborate, and Solve any hurdles or success that districts are currently facing. In addition, the meetings usually provide a guest speaker from PowerSchool and/or PDE (with regards to state reporting). The PowerSchool21 group will also discus points on topics that are submitted by the attendees.

Customizations

School districts that have annual support contract with PowerSchool 21 receive web page and/or report customization services at low or no cost. We do offer custom development services to school districts that do not have a annual support contract with PowerSchool21, however the rates can vary based on the requirements of the development.
